// The work

How we delivered.

  1. 01

    The Challenge

    The council needed a security provider capable of managing multiple facility locations and dynamic environments like the TransLink bus network. They required guards who could interact professionally with the public while firmly enforcing site rules and monitoring for potential security breaches.

  2. 02

    Our Approach

    Falkon Security assigned dedicated personnel, including RRV Hopper guards and Bravos roaming patrols, to travel on and follow specific bus routes. We also instituted regular foot and vehicle patrols, as well as alarm monitoring, across council bus depots to ensure comprehensive coverage.

  3. 03

    The Solution

    We established a highly visible and professional security presence across the nominated facilities and transit routes. Our reliable Night Link supervisors and depot inspections allowed the council to streamline their public safety management and protect passengers at all hours.

"We were very complimentary of the guard at the interchange and the support he provided to customers. Please pass on our appreciation for his customer focus — it is greatly appreciated by our staff as much as our customers."
Amanda Ferris, Security, Risk and Training Manager, Transport for Brisbane
